Beginning on January 7, 2008, all players who have successfully pre-ordered Pirates of the Burning Sea can gain access to the Pre-Boarding Party. The Pre-Boarding Party allows players to set sail for swashbuckling adventure prior to the commercial release of the game and the ability to keep their characters, equipment and skills after launch (subject to a level cap of 20) with purchase of final game software.
You must download PotBSInstaller.exe, data3.cab, and data4.cab all to the same folder before starting your installation. | Note: Some downloads may be quite large and take significant time to save/download. Beta players who have successfully downloaded and installed Pirates of the Burning Sea are not required to download the installer again. Please use the current launch pad to consume your Pre-Boarding Party key. Some amount of patching may be required. |
If purchased online from a participating retail store, you should have received two different keys via email or in the contents of the pre-order package that was delivered. If keys were not provided, please contact the retailer from which you purchased and request the two keys from them.
